Gyouza Workshop

We would like to introduce to you the classic mainstay of casual Japanese izakayas. Yaki gyouzas are fried dumplings that go well with beer or often served as a sidedish in ramen restaurants.

Menu: Yaki gyouza form skech (Preparing the dough and the filling, knead the dough, fill it, shape it,  steam it and than fry it.)

The yaki gyouza is served with steamed rice, miso soup and Japanese pick


Onigiri Workshop

Like sandwich but would take a break from bread? Go for delicious Onigiri riceballs. Handy, nutritious, delicious. When dressed up as kitties they look really cute too...

Menu:

  • Smoked salmon - lime onigiri

  • Tori soboro onigirazu (Rice sandwich filled with chicken, egg and salad)

  • Beef shigureni yaki onigiri (Grilled onigiri with ginger beef filling)

Onigiris are served with hot soup and Japanese pickles.


Ramen Workshop

Is it impossible to make good ramen in Europe? Almost... but we figured out a way to do it at home. Make it and taste it yourself!

Menu:

  • Spicy soy milk ramen

  • Ajitsuke tamago (Spoft boiled marinated egg)

  • Chashu (Braised pork belly)

  • Spicy bean sproud salad
