A bite of Srí Lanka (Vegetarian) - Fully booked!

In this class, we will introduce you to the basics of preparing a popular Sri Lankan street food, Kottu Roti. Kottu can be made for practical purposes (e.g., using leftover roti/bread) or simply because it's what one craves. It's a dish that can be made creatively in many different variations. In this class, we will prepare it with vegetables (cabbage, carrots, spring onions, garlic, ginger), but at home, you can make it with fish, meat, or eggs, and it's definitely worth trying. The harmony of colors and flavors plays a key role in this menu as well, and we will serve the Kottu with lentils, carrot coconut salad, fried lentil fritters, and of course, there will be a dessert too! :)
